What is provided with the accommodation??? All of our vacation rentals have a fully stocked kitchen and are furnished with sheets and towels, an initial supply of soap, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap and coffee. All you need to bring are beach towels and sunscreen!!!
Do you provide daily maid service??? We stock our properties with sufficient towels where daily maid service is not necessary, and all of our properties either have laundry facilities or have access to one. Daily maid service can be added at your request. Please inquire for pricing.
Is there an age-restriction???
Yes, we do not rent to vacationing students or young adults under the age of 25.
Is there a minimum stay requirement???
Some properties do require a 5 – 7 night minimum during summer and peak holiday periods. We do have some properties that will allow less than 3 nights with appropriate cleaning fees added. During the off-season we are also typically more flexible with minimum night stays and arrival/departure day.
Do you allow pets???
We do have “pet friendly” rental properties. There is an additional fee of $250 to bring your pet along with you. Check out our amenities list to view our pet friendly rentals.
How do I make a reservation???
With Harmony Beach Vacations you have a couple of options. From our Web site you can reserve your stay. Just enter your arrival and departure dates and select the property you are interested in, and the web site will collect some more information from you and secure your deposit. You can also reach us anytime on our toll-free number (866-501-0551) to speak to a reservation agent. Reservations are held with a $200 - $500 deposit (depending on the property you choose) and the balance on your stay will be due 15 days prior to your arrival. Reservations made within 15 days of arrival require payment in full at the time of the reservation.
What if I have to cancel my reservation???
Harmony Beach Vacations understands that unforeseen circumstances do arise. For that reason, we do offer Travel Cancellation/Interruption Protection through CSA. The cost for this protection is 6.5% of the total of your rent + taxes and must be purchased prior to the final payment on your vacation. Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to your arrival will be fully refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee. Any cancellation made within the last 60 days will not be refunded for any reason without the purchase of CSA Travel Insurance.
What about Parking???
Most condos/townhouses/homes have sufficient parking for at least 2 vehicles. Parking Passes are required at most properties and will issued at check-in. If you will be travelling with more than 2 vehicles or towing a boat or other trailer, please check with our office to ensure that your accommodations have adequate parking for your vehicles.
I might be arriving after normal office hours???
After-hours check-ins are available for all of our properties, but please make sure that you let us know prior to your arrival so we can get you the codes necessary to access your keys/check-in information.
I see the price listed for nightly/weekly rentals, what other fees are added to my reservation???
11% sales tax (county & state) is added to all reservations. If you are staying more than 4 nights, your cleaning fee is waived. If you are staying 4 or less nights, an appropriate cleaning fee will be added (call for amount). Travel Insurance is available for purchase at a rate of 6.5% of your rental plus sales tax. Security Deposit protection is also available for $39. This protection is in lieu of an actual security deposit of $500 - $1000 and will protect you from liability of accidental damage up to $3000. No other Resort Fees, Amenity Fees, or Admin Fees will be added to your reservation!

We will gladly provide driving directions from your home to our office/properties at your request. For your convenience, there is also a Google Maps Link on each property page on our web site
What to do when I get to Destin???
If you are not a regular in Destin and don’t already have your favorite hang-outs and dinner spots, or charter boat, we will gladly help you find the most fun things to do, the best places to eat, and the coolest hang-outs!!! Also check out the links to Area Attractions on our home page!
Monthly Rentals available???
In the fall and winter most of our properties are available for monthly rental. If pricing is not provided on our site, please call. Some properties can also be rented monthly during the other seasons of the year. Please contact our office for pricing and availability.
Group Reservations???
We do have a few complexes where we have multiple units and neighboring homes that will accommodate many groups. Church Retreats, Wedding parties, Business Retreats, or Family Reunions are all welcome here and we look forward to an opportunity to work with you on special rates for your group!
